RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of entering it without reason or explanation. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day customers come into possession of the item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer came into possession of the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Paolo Argento® online store, Śledziejowice 220, 32-020 Wieliczka, e-mail: info@paoloargento.com) about any decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).

To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for users to send information regarding the exercise of their right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about a decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. Reimbursements will be made using the same payment methods that used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case no fees are incurred in connection with this refund.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

We do everything to make our customers satisfied with transactions with our company, but we have no influence on certain factors. In order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings or other conflicts, please inform us if the package is not delivered within 7 days (from payment to the account or notification of pickup on delivery). In this case, we will provide the date and shipment number. We are dedicated to developing our business and that's why we will do our best to meet customer expectations. We declare that our goal is to comply with our regulations with applicable law.
