NERO Reed Diffuser 250 ml by Paolo Argento® is an elegant home fragrance with a distinctive floral-oriental composition enriched by fresh citrus accents and warm woody notes. The expressive opening of lemon and bergamot meets the floral character of ylang-ylang, an aromatic heart and a deep base of vanilla, vetiver, amber and patchouli.
NERO is created for those who appreciate fragrances with a clearly defined personality. Rather than relying on a single dominant note, the composition combines several complementary accords. Citrus freshness mingles with delicate florals, while anise, sandalwood and Peru balsam give the fragrance a more complex oriental dimension. Warm base notes complete the composition, creating an elegant and atmospheric home scent.
The reed diffuser allows NERO to become part of your everyday surroundings. The reeds gradually release the fragrance into the surrounding space, allowing its aroma to accompany daily activities and relaxing moments without the need to light a candle. NERO can become a carefully chosen element of an interior's fragrance arrangement.
Fragrance character
The NERO composition opens with lemon, bergamot and ylang-ylang. Lemon and bergamot give the fragrance a fresh and expressive citrus character. Ylang-ylang introduces a subtle floral accent that softens the opening and creates a natural transition towards a more complex heart.
At the heart of the fragrance, anise, sandalwood and Peru balsam introduce a distinctive aromatic character. Anise contributes its recognisable aromatic note, while sandalwood and Peru balsam create a warmer, more enveloping dimension. This part of the composition gives NERO its oriental depth and distinguishes it from lighter citrus fragrances.
The base combines vanilla, vetiver, amber and patchouli. Vanilla brings softness, amber emphasises warmth, while vetiver and patchouli strengthen the woody, earthy character of the fragrance. NERO therefore balances a fresh opening with a deep and elegant finish.
This rich fragrance profile brings citrus, floral and oriental accords together in a harmonious composition. NERO is particularly appealing in interiors where fragrance is intended to become a noticeable part of the atmosphere and emphasise the individual character of the space.

Paolo Argento® reed diffuser
A reed diffuser offers a way to release fragrance gradually into an interior. The reeds absorb the scented liquid and diffuse its aroma into the surrounding space. Fragrance can therefore become a natural part of everyday surroundings, accompanying work, relaxation and gatherings at home.
With a capacity of 250 ml, NERO by Paolo Argento® combines home fragrance with the decorative character of a reed diffuser. It is designed for those who carefully select fragrances to complement their interiors and consider scent an important part of their home's atmosphere.
Use
NERO can accompany everyday life in a living room, bedroom, study or hallway. Its citrus opening introduces freshness, while the oriental heart and warm base also make it well suited to quieter evening moments.
The fragrance works naturally in interiors where you want to create an elegant and inviting atmosphere. It can provide an aromatic backdrop to everyday activities or become a carefully chosen accent that emphasises the character of a room. NERO also makes a thoughtful gift for anyone who appreciates distinctive citrus-oriental compositions with a warm woody finish.
How to use
Insert the reeds into the diffuser and place it in your chosen room. The reeds will gradually absorb the fragrance composition and release its aroma into the surrounding space.
If you wish to increase the intensity of the fragrance, you can occasionally turn the soaked reeds. This exposes their saturated ends again and helps refresh the perceived aroma in the room.
